Dialoguing with your body's intelligence, Helen will go through all the foods to see what foods truly support your physiology in this time of vibrational change. Helen will see how much water your body requires and what vitamins and minerals you may need for this transition. We will also find out if all the supplements you are now taking are working well for you. This is a 1½ hour session, by phone or in person.
